How I work

Find the bottleneck. Build the next move.

The same practical cycle runs through every account, whether it’s a new launch or an established catalog.

  1. 01

    Assess

Understand what’s limiting sales across traffic, conversion, advertising, inventory, and account health.

  2. 02

    Prioritize

Choose the products and opportunities with the strongest potential, based on performance, seasonality, and available stock.

  3. 03

    Execute

Improve listings, test advertising opportunities, and put the growth plan into action.

  4. 04

    Measure & refine

Review outcomes, expand what performs, and adjust what isn’t moving the business forward.

Getting started: We discuss your products and goals, review the account, and agree on the first priorities. I establish a performance baseline and begin execution. For new launches, the initial work includes setting up the account and listing foundation before testing early performance.

Examples of my approach

What gets attention—and why.

A few examples of how I decide what to prioritize.

Beauty brand

Improve conversion before adding traffic

I rebuilt listing images and simplified product messaging to clarify the offer. The priority was strengthening the product page before expanding advertising.

Home accessories brand

Match advertising to inventory

With inventory limiting availability, I prioritized proven traffic for products in stock and deferred broader advertising expansion until availability improved.

Home improvement brand

Protect proven targeting

A manual campaign was performing while an automatic campaign was spending inefficiently. I kept the proven targeting in the manual campaign and excluded overlapping targeting from the automatic campaign.

Premium home products

Focus the launch

I evaluated demand, competition, pricing, and Amazon economics. The research supported a narrower product test rather than a broad launch of the full range.
