Escobar Ecommerce Strategies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Amazon Growth OS, an internal business application used to provide Amazon advertising management, reporting, analysis, and optimization services to authorized clients.
Information We Access
When a client authorizes our application to access their Amazon advertising account, we may access advertising and account information made available through Amazon APIs, including campaign performance, advertising spend, attributed sales, impressions, clicks, advertising efficiency metrics, campaign settings, keywords, search terms, advertised products, and related account identifiers.
We may also receive limited account information required by Amazon to authenticate and authorize access to an advertiser account.
How We Use Information
We use this information solely to provide services to the client that authorized access, including:
- Advertising performance reporting
- Campaign monitoring and optimization
- Business and product performance analysis
- Identifying advertising opportunities and issues
- Preparing client reports and recommendations
We do not sell Amazon advertising data or client information.
Authorization
We only access Amazon accounts that have explicitly authorized Escobar Ecommerce Strategies LLC and/or Amazon Growth OS to access their information. Clients may revoke Amazon authorization at any time through the applicable Amazon account or authorization settings.
Data Sharing
We do not disclose Amazon advertising data to unrelated third parties. Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that support the secure operation of Amazon Growth OS, solely as necessary to provide the service and subject to appropriate access controls.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect client information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Access to Amazon Growth OS is restricted to authorized users.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain required business records, and comply with applicable legal or contractual obligations.
Clients may request deletion of their information or termination of access by contacting us. When access is revoked or services end, we will delete or anonymize applicable stored information when it is no longer required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Third-Party Services
Amazon Growth OS interacts with Amazon services and APIs. Use of Amazon services is also subject to Amazon’s applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.
